Judith will today attend the launch of new Stormont outreach initiative, Assembly Community Connect (ACC), an engagement forum designed to enhance connections between the Assembly and the Community and Voluntary sector through education and outreach.

Judith has been appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Northern Ireland Assembly and Business Trust (NIABT), following the Trusts' AGM meeting at Parliament Buildings on Monday 20th May 2013.

Judith stays in regular contact with business leaders through her continued involvement with the MBA Association of Ireland, including their forthcoming event at Belfast's NYSE office entitled, 'Moving Northern Ireland PLC Forward'.

Judith has queried whether the North Belfast Girdwood housing development proposal will be used as a model in OFMDFM's shared future plans. The Girdwood plans have been widely criticised for having two separate housing areas for those from different backgrounds with a sharing community hub in the middle. OFMDFM announced that 10 shared neighbourhood projects would be part of their shared future plans.
